All Sovrn Ad Exchange reporting is in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). This applies to the Advertising Analytics dashboard, the Reports panel, and the Reporting API. Specifying a different timezone is not currently supported.
This means a daily record covers a 24-hour window that starts at 00:00 UTC. If you're based in a different timezone and reconciling Sovrn data against your own systems, you'll need to convert UTC timestamps to your local time.
