Sovrn reports all data in UTC. In most cases, data for a given day appears in the Sovrn Platform within a few hours of that day concluding in UTC. If no data delays occur, you can expect a day's data to be available by the following day.
Data delays can occasionally hold data back from appearing in the Platform on this timeline. Sovrn processes an enormous volume of data, and before publishing it, we run roll-ups to verify the data is healthy. If a roll-up surfaces an issue, we hold the affected data until our team can investigate. This ensures the data you see is as accurate and up-to-date as possible, rather than exposing figures we can't yet stand behind.
If a data delay occurs, you can generally still expect the data to appear within the next day. For extensive delays, Sovrn posts updates to status.sovrn.com, so check there if data is missing beyond the normal window.
When are scheduled reports delivered in the Sovrn Platform?
Scheduled reports from the Sovrn Platform are typically delivered around 9:30 AM UTC for most reports.
If a data delay occurs, scheduled report delivery is delayed as well, until Sovrn's team confirms the health of the underlying data. Any reports queued during a data delay are re-sent once the data is verified, so you will still receive every scheduled report — just on a delayed timeline.
