You can review denial reasons for all your denied sites and app bundles from the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform. The Properties page shows the status of every submitted property — Approved, Pending, or Denied — along with the denial reason for each property that did not pass review.
Can I export a list of my properties and their approval statuses?
You can export a full list of your properties and their approval statuses within the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform in a CSV format. To get your list:
-
Navigate to the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform
-
Under the + Property button, click the Download icon
The download will begin shortly after. The CSV report will contain:
-
Status – the current approval/denial state of the given property
-
Type – whether the property is a website or application
-
Property – either the bundle ID or the website, depending on the type of property
-
Name – (only applicable for application properties) displays the name of the application
-
Date Submitted – the date/time in UTC when the property was added to the Sovrn Platform
-
Date Last Modified – the date/time in UTC when the property was last modified; usually indicating when the property was approved/denied
-
Denial Reason – (only applicable for Denied properties) the reason why the property was denied to work with the Sovrn Ad Exchange
What do I do once I see why a property was denied on the Sovrn Ad Exchange?
For most denial reasons, you can address the underlying issue — for example, fixing your app–ads.txt, updating site content, or correcting a bundle ID — and then resubmit the property for review on the Properties page.
For more detail on common denial reasons and how to resolve them, see My application/bundle was denied. How can I resolve this?.
If you've reviewed the denial reason and believe a property was denied in error, contact Sovrn Support with the property name and the denial reason shown on the Properties page.
