Sovrn is excited to announce a new Commerce Help Bot on our platform to assist publishers like you. With this chatbot, you can receive instant answers to your support questions, all within your platform.

How to Utilize the Help Bot

To access the Sovrn Commerce Help Bot:

  1. Login to your Sovrn Platform account by clicking here.

  2. Navigate to the “Commerce” section on the left-hand side of the screen.

  3. Click on the star icon in the top right-hand corner to open the Commerce Help Bot, as shown in the red box below.

From there, use the Commerce Help Bot to ask any question you may have for your integration or use any of the pre-selected questions at the top.

All of your answers will be generated automatically instantaneously. If you need more information or want to read more about your given question, click on the “Sources” tab to be shown links to our Knowledge Base that can help direct you to the right place.
