Ad Exchange: Waterfall Deprecation

As of August 19th 2024, the waterfall integration type is no longer supported. Passback ads and the waterfall javascript continue to be functional until September 2nd, when those will be disabled as well.

This is a fantastic milestone - retiring old technology allows us to focus on new and exciting work!

If you were previously using waterfall, we encourage you to move to header bidding, which performs better in general, as a replacement.
