My scheduled report didn't arrive - where is it?

The most common reason a scheduled report doesn't arrive is an active data delay on Sovrn's end. Before troubleshooting your report settings, check the Sovrn Status Page to see if there's an ongoing incident that may be affecting scheduled report delivery. If a data delay is listed, your report will be sent once the delay has resolved — no action is needed on your end.

If the status page shows no active issues, the sections below can help you confirm your report is set up correctly.

How are scheduled reports delivered?

Scheduled reports are sent by email. When setting up a report, you can enter one or multiple recipient email addresses. There are three delivery options available:

  • Deliver Immediate Report — Processes and emails the report to the selected addresses right away.

  • Schedule Automated Delivery — Sets the report to run automatically on a recurring basis (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly) and saves it automatically.

  • Save Only — Saves the report to your Saved Reports list without scheduling delivery.

When you schedule a report for automated delivery, it is also automatically saved to your Saved Reports list. You can manage all saved reports from there at any time.

Important: Reports using a custom date range can only be sent as an immediate report — they cannot be scheduled for automated delivery.

What should I check if my scheduled report still isn't arriving?

If the status page is clear and your report is set to Schedule Automated Delivery, double-check the following:

  • Confirm the recipient email address(es) are entered correctly.

  • Verify the report cadence (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) matches your expectations.

  • Check your spam or junk folder, as automated emails can sometimes be filtered.

If everything looks correct and you're still not receiving your report, reach out to Sovrn Support — details below.
