You can add sites or app bundles to your Sovrn Ad Exchange account from the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform. The Properties page is where you submit new properties for review, upload them in bulk, and track approval status — for both web sites and mobile or CTV app bundles.
To submit one or a few properties at a time, use the single submission flow. To submit many at once, use the bulk uploader.
Submit a single site or app bundle for review on the Properties page
The single submission flow is the fastest way to add one or a small number of properties to your Sovrn Ad Exchange account.
-
Navigate to the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform under Advertising.
-
Click + Property in the upper right-hand corner.
-
Select the property type — Website or App.
For Site Submission, enter a single domain. To add more sites in the same submission, click Add Another Site and list each additional site on a new line.
For App Submission, Sovrn needs a few additional pieces of information to verify ownership and review the bundle:
-
App/channel name — the full name of your application or channel
-
App bundle ID (required) — sometimes referred to as the package ID; this is required to verify ownership
-
App store/channel URL — for example, the Apple App Store, Google Play, LG Content Store, Roku Channel Store, or Samsung Galaxy Store URL of the application
-
Developer URL — usually the location that hosts your
app-ads.txtfile
Submit sites or app bundles in bulk via CSV upload
The bulk uploader on the Properties page is the right choice when you have many properties to submit at once.
-
Navigate to the Properties page in the Sovrn Platform.
-
Click + Property in the upper right-hand corner.
-
Select the property type Website or App.
-
Choose the bulk uploader option for either Site or App submission.
For Site bulk submissions, upload a single-column CSV containing your list of sites.
For App bulk submissions, download the provided CSV template first. The template ensures your file includes all required fields (app name, bundle ID, store URL, developer URL) for each app.
Once submitted, your properties will appear under the Pending tab on the Properties page until Sovrn's network quality team completes the review.
What happens after I submit a property to the Sovrn Ad Exchange?
After you submit a site or app bundle, Sovrn's network quality team reviews the property against the Sovrn Ad Exchange Supply Policy. Properties must comply with this policy to be approved for monetization on the Ad Exchange.
You can track the status of every submitted property — Approved, Pending, or Denied — directly on the Properties page.
