If your payment was less than expected, the first place to check is the Payments tab in the Sovrn platform. Click into Invoices to see if any adjustments were applied to your most recent payment cycle.
What kinds of adjustments might affect my payment?
Payment adjustments can occur for a number of reasons, including demand partners withholding payments to Sovrn due to flagged IVT or suspected fraudulent activity. This list is not exhaustive — your invoice detail will reflect any adjustments specific to your account.
Why might my dashboard numbers not match what I was paid?
If you're using the Sovrn platform dashboard to verify your end-of-month totals, Sovrn recommends waiting at least one week after the month closes before treating those numbers as final. It takes time to reconcile and finalize earnings across all demand partners.
Also make sure you're not including revenue sources that Sovrn does not pay out directly — such as Google Open Bidding — in your expected total. Those earnings are paid by Google and will not appear in your Sovrn payment.
