Yes. The Sovrn Ad Exchange supports bid floors passed at the impression level in your oRTB bid request. Sovrn's oRTB specification includes the bidfloor field on the Imp (impression) object, which represents the minimum bid you're willing to accept for that impression.
How to pass a bid floor to Sovrn
To set a bid floor on the Sovrn Ad Exchange, include the bidfloor field in the Imp object of your bid request. The value is a float and must be expressed as a CPM (cost per thousand impressions). Because the floor is set on the impression object, you can apply different floors to different impressions within the same request.
How Sovrn uses your bid floor
Sovrn treats the bidfloor you pass as the minimum acceptable bid for that impression, so it functions as a price floor for that opportunity within the auction.
