Sovrn Publishers will now be able to utilize the Sovrn Tickets Portal to see more information about their outreaches to the Sovrn Support Team.
You’ll see what tickets you’ve created in the past, what tickets are being worked on, and what tickets have been closed in the past.

Set Your (new) Password
When accessing this page for the first time, you will be required to set a new username and password. This will be separate from your Sovrn Platform username and password, unless you are using Google Single Sign On (SSO), which you can also use to sign into the tickets portal.
Please note that you must access this page from the email address that is sending in support tickets. If email@example.com signs into the Sovrn Tickets Portal, and if support emails are being sent by firstname.lastname@example.org, Buzz’s account will not show any support tickets.
