You may notice a new landing page when you login to your Sovrn account. That's because Sovrn's separate product platforms are being combined to become the new Sovrn Platform. This guide is here to help you navigate.
You'll now be able to see //Advertising and //Commerce products in the same place (if you're using both). Read on for more information about new features and how to access legacy platforms if needed.
Skip to Section:
Can I still access the legacy platform? How can I navigate back to it?
You can still access the legacy platform (the old Meridian, aka Ad Exchange, aka Advertising platform) by clicking the "back to" arrow at the bottom of the navigation side panel. Also, you can switch back to the new Platform by clicking "Platform Beta" in yellow at the top of your right-side navigation panel in Meridian.
However, we invite you to stay and explore the new platform! We have much to offer. You can still do all the same things you could before, but with a better experience. Here's a quick overview.
Visit this tab for a few suggestions on how to successfully get started with Advertising.
You'll be able to see all the reporting you're used to from Meridian in this section.
- The "Earnings" and "Dashboard" views you're used to are now consolidated into one view.
- New reporting capabilities.
- if you are seeing a data discrepancy, please see the section below about data discrepancies.
As you'd expect, this is where you'll manage ad tags including viewing ID, waterfall code, pausing/resuming tags, etc.
- Seamless UI and integrated experience
Here you'll find your ads.txt lines. Make sure these are installed on all your sites.
- You can now access your ads.txt lines directly in your account without needing to contact support.
Familiarize yourself with the Account section. This is found in the bottom right corner and is now where you'll be able to find access to Sites, Payment, Communications, Contracts, and Manage Users pages.
I see a data discrepancy between my Meridian dashboard and the new Platform dashboard. What is causing this?
The new Sovrn platform has changed to better reflect the needs of our customers by making our data available in UTC and moving away from MT. This change in hours could result in minor discrepancy between what is seen in the Sovrn platform versus Meridian.
If you are seeing other discrepancies that you do not expect, please reach out to email@example.com and we can help you troubleshoot and understand what might be happening.
I still need help.
