How to change your account email address
If you need to change your account email address, which is also the primary point of contact for the account, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Manage Users section in the Sovrn Platform.
2. Add the new email address as a new user, or make sure it is already existing as a user.
3. Contact Support and request that the owner of the account be changed to the new email address.
Our support team will respond shortly and have the requested email address assigned as the new account email/owner.
