What is the Difference Between Ad Unit Impressions and Ad Impressions?
Find out what metrics the SMS team uses to understand the average number of refreshes for a specific ad placement.
There are a few different variables that warrant explanation in the Sovrn Managed Services platform.
Ad impressions are the number of times that an actual creative is served.
An ad unit impression is the number of times that an ad slot served at least one impression (excluding ad refreshes/reloads).
(ad unit impressions ÷ unit impressions) = average number of refreshes
